Mother's Day Carnation Sale
For decades, the Mother's Day Carnation Sale has been one of the primary
fundraisers for the Scranton Chapter of Pennsylvanians for Human Life. We greatly appreciate
the continued support of local churches, their pastors, volunteers who assist us with the sale,
and the parishoners who support our effort each year.
The Mother's Day Carnation Sale has been a huge success. We thank the participating parishes and their volunteers.

New volunteers are always needed. We need volunteers to sell carnations in the
participating parishes. Volunteers are needed to cut carnations on the Thursday before
Mother's Day, and drivers are needed to deliver carnations, or to pick up flowers for your
parish.
This year, we were able to cut and distribute
carnations at St. John the Evangelist Church on the corner of Pittston Avenue and Fig Street in
Scranton's South Side.
